Student life is difficult and hectic with the hustle and bustle, exam stress, and more. The routine, as well as the sleep schedule, is often messed up and chaotic. And most of the time, we feel overwhelmed due to the same. Unfortunately, productivity goes dip if we work under such strenuous conditions.

So, certain tips and hacks for increasing productivity are necessary to be productive and make the most out of your day. From waking up before sunrise to spending a day productively, there's a lot that one needs to understand and implement.

This blog is your guide to living a productive and better life. Below are some crucial hacks and tips for boosting productivity and spending a productive day.

Plan Your Day Ahead

Planning ahead is the key to having a productive day. It helps you decide what you want to do and what not. It assists you in prioritizing and having a clear frame of things to be accomplished. Planning ahead is usually done the night before to attain productivity the next day.

If you plan your day ahead, it reaps more benefits than ever. You can take charge of your day and make it the most productive one by planning your day ahead, that's for sure.

Exercise

Stretching, squats, and a few easy exercises contribute to your physical well-being. One should exercise at least thirty minutes per day. Exercise increases your immunity but also improves your blood circulation.

Exercising also contributes to strengthening one's body and improving mental health. Exercise is for one and all. Students like you who need to study for long hours should include exercise in their daily routine.

Have breakfast before 9 a.m.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It has to be the healthiest and the heaviest to help you sustain for the day. Having breakfast before 9 a.m. has its own benefits. It will not only refresh you for the day that follows but also strengthen your gut. Eating at appropriate timings and having the right meal intervals matters a lot.

If you skip breakfast every day, you will not be able to sustain yourself in the long run. It will deteriorate your health. Taking care of oneself starts with the right meals at the right time.

As a student who wants to excel in life, one must have breakfast before 8 or 9 a.m. to keep up with the crazy world running a race out there.

Cut Screen Time

Your smartphones or tablets can be the worst evils if you touch them as soon as you wake up in the morning. Exposure to blue light early in the morning is a thing that we should avoid as it messes with our health and proves to be an obstruction to a productive day.

Cut down your screen time, especially in the early morning and late nights. It does more harm than good. Ensure you aren't hooked to the screen at least an hour or two after you wake up and an hour before sleep. It will help you maintain your physical health, especially eye health.

Set Goals for the Day

Without a definite goal, you are going nowhere. Setting goals are a must for the day, the week, and the month. To start off, start setting goals for the day. That is a big miss if you question how to have a productive day and still don't set goals.

Your goals will lead the direction you need to proceed for the day. You will learn how and when to prioritize which task for the day. After fulfilling your goals for the day, the sense of accomplishment is absolutely fantastic.

Organize your Study Space

Organized places make you want to be a disciplined individual. Messy desks and rooms throw you into a dump and fall into a vicious cycle of procrastination. Organizing your study space will help you perform better. It will help you reduce your mental as well as emotional clutter.

Normalize cleaning up the room and organizing your study space at least once in two days, no matter how busy your life is. It is a reminder to not let go of discipline and be in a good place emotionally and mentally.

Focus!

Focus is the key to success. Focus on your studies and work to successfully complete a productive day. Put your heart and soul into the subject you are studying and understand the gravity of things. It will take you further to success and satisfaction.

Focusing on what you are doing will definitely boost your productivity and the power of concentration. So the next time you study, Focus! Focus! Focus!

Meditate and Perform Yoga

Meditation and Yoga are great contributors to one's personal health and wellness. If you are wondering how to have a productive day, make sure you meditate. Listen to hymns or the Gayatri Mantra. Calm your mind and meditate for at least fifteen minutes every day. It will help reduce stress and make you feel peaceful and calm. You will also feel relaxed post each meditation session. Try it in a quiet room for better results.

Boosting Productivity the Right Way

Productivity is a must for students, working professionals, and others. However, people might harm their health in the race to be overly productive. Remembering that productivity is a factor that contributes to the success and is not the whole and sole of it is important. Anything done in excess is evil. So, spend your days wisely and productively without unnecessary chaos and distractions.

Productive days should bring joy, wellness, and a better life. Utilize those correctly to become a better version of yourselves. Productivity matters because it is an amalgamation of goal setting, fulfillment, and time management. The more effectively you utilize your time, your days are more productive.

Be Active, Be Healthy, Be Happy

Be Active, Be Healthy, Be Happy Health and Fitness have become key words in today’s stress filled life. But do we have the time to indulge in fitness activities when we are overloaded with college assignments, exams and activities ? A healthy body is a barometer of a person’s mental state. Honestly, I am not a person who would take the effort of exercising on a regular basis. But I do believe in the old adage,’if health is lost, wealth is lost’. I am aware that I have to stay fit, both in body and mind. Personal instances have proved that exercising creates a very positive energy around one; it increases the alertness of the mind. One suddenly feels recharged and filled with positive motivation to achieve the target plan of the day. Just last month a friend of mine in the hostel started exercising in the morning. The result has been encouraging as doesn’t feel fatigued and feels fresh in class too. She is no more haunted by sleep monsters during lectures. She choose to exercis...

A Memorable Day at Orphanage

We believe in giving back to the society and serving everyone in need. Here's how we have been trying our best to contribute. Myroomie visited to an orphanage and here we are sharing our experiences As we stepped into the living , we saw few people, sitting at a table. Their eyes looked tired and empty, void of all emotions. They greeted us with a faint smile. After the introduction, we started off with some fun activities. Later, we presented the old ladies with waterbottles and snacks that we had brought for them. We also handed the books and crayons we had taken for the children. Next we started with a small entertainment programme that we had put up for them. We also played a fun little musical chair activity with them. The residents bubbled with energy, as they shook a leg with us and hummed to the tune of songs rhymes and more! It was a different kind of satisfaction altogether, to hear their joyous laughs, their smiles and hushed giggles. So contrary ...
